Swann Morton Dermaplane Butter Sterile, Stainless Blade Size 10R, 100 Pack

Referred to as the dermaplane butter blade the 10R can be used in Aesthetic procedures such as Dermaplaning.  The dermaplaning procedure helps refinish the skin’s top layers through a method of controlled surgical scraping that exfoliates the epidermis. This shape is shorter and more rounded than the 14, making it ideal for getting into smaller more restricted areas of the face.  Also, the rounded (bull nose) tip prevents any accidental snagging or scratching, resulting in a more effective and consistent finish.

Dermaplaning removes peach fuzz that can trap excess dirt and oil. The process can be completed on small areas of skin or the entire face and in conjunction with other treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or fluorescent pulsed light (FPL).

The Swann Morton blade is manufactured with a unique cutting edge design. One side is a smooth razor edge that is supported by a micro serrated edge for a consistently sharp blade.  Unlike other dermaplaning blades, there is no need for a coating on a Swann Morton blade.
