Marade massage bed the face Cradle on Wednesday, stay in keeps slipping out. I know the warranty was one year. Is there something you guys can help me with?

Yes, we can help with a face cradle that is slipping out; there is an adjustment you can make so it locks securely in place. I will email you a short video showing exactly how to tighten and adjust the face cradle so it stays put during use.
