SpaAndEquipment.com provides FREE standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) during the active membership period. No minimums.

PRO Member free delivery applies to the lower 48 states only.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

60-Day Returns (Contiguous USA)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from SpaAndEquipment.com, you may return qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 60 days of purchase, subject to the requirements below:

Return Requirements

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Original tags must be attached (including security tag, if applicable)
  • Items not meeting these requirements may not qualify for a return or refund

Opened Box / Opened Packaging
 Opened-box items may be subject to restocking fees ranging from 15% up to 80%, depending on condition.

Used Items
 Used items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return
 To start a return, log into your account, select the order, and begin the self-service return process, or contact us directly.
 If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately.

Refund Timing
 Once we receive and approve your qualifying return, SpaAndEquipment.com will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 2–10 business days for the credit to appear.

Important Notes

  • Custom orders cannot be returned for any reason.
  • All returns must be pre-approved by SpaAndEquipment.com / Skin Act and must include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Financed orders: No cash refunds will be issued. Store credit only will be provided for financed orders.

Skincare, Sanitary/Disposable Products & Apparel Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any skincare, sanitary/disposable products, or apparel that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear. This policy ensures customer safety, as we cannot guarantee the sanitary condition of used items.

Professional Use Only

All products are intended for use by trained professionals in a professional environment.

Exchanges

You may exchange an eligible item instead of returning it for a refund.

To expedite exchanges:

  1. We will charge for the replacement item and ship it immediately.
  2. Once the original item is returned in its original condition and packaging, SpaAndEquipment.com will issue a refund for the returned item (minus any shipping charges from the original order) to the original payment method.

Warranty on All Equipment

1-Year Limited Warranty

All equipment includes a 1-year limited warranty from the invoice date, covering manufacturer defects and malfunctions only.

Small Items: Shipping is not included.
 Large Items: Labor and shipping are not included; we provide parts only (for example, parts for treatment tables).

This warranty is void if equipment is damaged due to improper use.

Delivery Damage / Visible Defects

This warranty does not cover defects or damage discoverable upon reasonable inspection at delivery unless the warranty holder:

  1. Submits photos of the defect/damage no later than the delivery date, and
  2. Reports the defect/damage to SpaAndEquipment.com within 24 hours of delivery

Warranty Claim Requirements

Warranty coverage applies only if the warranty holder:

  1. Obtains an RMA number issued by SpaAndEquipment.com
  2. Ships the damaged/defective product under that authorization with:
    • Original packaging, and
    • Carrier tracking number from the original delivery
  3. Pays all return shipping costs
  4. Pays a 15% restocking fee based on invoice price (including costs incurred for packing, shipping, or replacement delivery)

Warranty claim returns are issued as company credit only. No refunds.
 Chargebacks or stop payments void the warranty.

Delivery Requirements

  • Receiver must be present upon delivery.
  • If there is shipping damage: Do not remove items from the original packaging and report to SpaAndEquipment.com immediately.
  • Any claim not reported within 24 hours will not be honored.

Requirements & Local Codes

Compliance with all local codes, inspections, and requirements is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty Shipping Exclusions (Outside Mainland USA)

For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, American territories outside the mainland, and all international orders: warranty coverage does not include any shipping charges for replacements or damaged items at any time after purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges during the warranty period.

Orders

Sales Tax

California sales tax will be assessed on purchases made in California and all orders shipped to a California address.

Payment Requirements

All orders of $200 or more must be paid by cashier’s check, money order, or credit card unless other terms apply. Returned checks will be charged $50.

Shipping Method & Processing

Orders ship via Parcel Service or Freight unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping (next day, 2nd day, 3rd day) is available only if requested and paid by the customer.

Order processing time is typically 5–10 business days for U.S. shipments.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee
  • No cancellations after 24 hours from purchase

Returns / Refusals

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Company credit only for returns; no refunds
  • Returns must be made within 60 business days of invoice
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Returns require pre-approval and an RMA number placed on the outside of the box
  • Returns without an RMA will be refused
  • Damage during return shipping is the shipper’s responsibility

We reserve the right to make exceptions based on the situation, carrier, or customer.

Damages / Defects (Shipping & Manufacturing)

  1. Do not sign for a shipment until it has been thoroughly inspected.
  2. Damage/defective products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  3. Original packaging and original tracking information are required.

Replacements will be sent after confirmation and receipt of the original damaged item. Only items with manufacturer defects or damage due to shipping will be replaced. Damage due to improper use is not eligible.

Terms may change without prior notice.
 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
 All sales and prices are final.

Sales Policies

  • SpaAndEquipment.com does not provide installation or assembly.
  • Maintenance and proper use are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying local building codes and compliance.

Payment Policies

All purchases must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, certified bank checks, and money orders. We also offer financing options through approved lenders. COD is not accepted.

Special order or out-of-stock items require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before delivery or pickup. Items held in our warehouse must be picked up or shipped within 3 weeks of purchase, or storage fees apply (minimum $35/day).

If a special order is canceled after production begins, the deposit may be forfeited.

Returned checks are subject to $35 plus bank/service charges.

No Chargeback Policy

By submitting a credit card payment, the buyer agrees not to initiate a chargeback. Any arbitration and/or attorney fees resulting from a chargeback are the buyer’s responsibility. Any chargeback will void the warranty for the related purchase.

General Shipping Information

By placing an order with SkinAct / SpaAndEquipment.com, the customer accepts responsibility for the shipping method selected.

The customer is responsible for pickup, delivery coordination, and being available to accept delivery.

Standard shipping is via Freight or UPS National. Freight deliveries are curbside and require signature. Carriers may or may not call to schedule delivery. Additional delivery requirements may result in extra fees. Estimated delivery is typically 1–10 business days, but some orders may take up to 90+ days depending on product and availability.

International shipments: SpaAndEquipment.com is not responsible for customs clearance, duties, or destination fees. The customer is solely responsible.

Standard shipping rates shown on the website apply to the continental USA only.

Curbside Delivery

Curbside delivery brings item(s) to the curb/end of driveway. It does not include setup, assembly, or removal of packaging. Freight terminals typically call to schedule delivery within a 4-hour window (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Liftgate service may be recommended or required for large items for an additional fee.

Inspect items before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt. A signature is required.

Limitations of Warranty

  • 1-year limited warranty unless otherwise stated
  • Some items may include lifetime warranty, but limitations still apply
  • Electronics and hydraulic pumps: 180-day warranty

Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, alterations, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, water damage, fire, freezing, or acts of nature.

Plumbing items must be installed by a licensed plumber; electrical service must be performed by an approved electrician. Failure to do so voids warranty. Documentation may be required.

Reconditioned/open box/floor models are sold as-is unless noted otherwise.

Maintenance

Equipment should be inspected and maintained by a technician every 12 months. The buyer is responsible for maintenance and inspections.
