Return Policy

• To initiate a return, products must be sent back in their original packaging or a new box, accompanied by an RMA number issued by Spa&Equipment Customer Service.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items are properly repackaged to prevent any damage during transit; any damages resulting from improper packaging will be the client's liability.
• All returns must be received within 30 days of the RMA issuance. Please be aware that transportation and repacking costs are not covered under warranty and must be borne by the customer. Additionally, returns may incur a handling or restocking fee of 20%, along with transport charges.
• Spa&Equipment reserves the right to decline returns if the reasons provided are deemed unsatisfactory. Returns without an RMA number will be sent back to the sender at their expense.
• Upon receipt, all merchandise should be inspected, and any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours.
